Pay is decent Some employee programs were unique Possibly ok for technical roles (non managers)

You are either ‘in’ or not around the two years mark. Trust your gut instincts. Typical Merger & Acquisition set up Track record of low employee engagement ( at least in support functions, manufacturing and technical functions/ roles are possibly better) Continuous high turnover Go figure your role with limited guidance and direction Mind, hand & heart mission is genuine but not inclusive at individual level. May not be a priority either, depending on department Big personalities thrive! If you are loud you are considered confident, if not, good luck! Not a place for introverts. Being humble equals lacking confidence. No voice if it’s not loud. May be a great place to work for technical roles (tenure recognized and celebrated hardly includes people from management) I thought higher of Warren Buffet’s success stories and business model until this experience
