- I really value the know-how of the company. I have been in several startups and most of them are messy in processes or careless with money. But in Acurable, despite having a little messy, they take care of everything in detail and you can tell that they do things with head. - I value the established processes in place as they are quite detailed, there are always parts that can be improved but I am very happy with what we have so far. - There is a huge opportunity for growth in the company. There are currently only a few of us and we are going to grow in the next few months, this gives us the opportunity to position ourselves where we feel most comfortable or where it is a challenge for us. - As in every startup we have to do some things that are out of our role, but I see this as very positive as I can learn a lot more. - The company has a clear direction and we know where we are going, this is thanks to those who lead it and you can see that they have a lot of experience. - There is a real technical challenge in the company where we can grow a lot as long as we are allowed to do so.

I fully understand the company and that business comes first. But I wish many times I had more time available to execute certain technical coding issues, but I know this will improve over time. And that we are all working together to achieve this. The only thing I think that can be improved is the benefits. I think this will come up as we grow, but sometimes I miss the typical mutual, transportation or food benefits that some companies offer. Salaries are within what can be expected but could be improved.
