Some nice people Good location

1) Extremely boring, a day feels like a week 2) lack of training 3) All of the senior management are friends of the owners and can be found doing shots at the local pub during lunch breaks 4) Company was brought by a women beater 5) My manager would call me names when I left the room and would constantly put me down and make me feel rubbish about myself. 6) Some extremely nasty people who pretend to be nice. 7) Men constantly running around laughing about how they go to strip bars 8) Lots of staff sharing the same toilet which often resulted in awful smells and no hand wash 9) Cant leave shoes or food out as mice will get it 10) High employee turnover, once your there a month you just want to run away 11) They threaten you with a bad reference when you want to leave 12) No motivation what so ever! 13) Some real crooks and dodgy people

Great access to media agency, the opportunity to sell some premium brands. Front-line sales house, very much sink or swim. A lot of responsibility and genuine focus on doing business 24 / 7

Pay is well under market level, but is suitable for someone with little or no experience. Commission is hard to come by on a consistent bases as targets move from month to month. Lack of proper rigour and procedure. Not enough accountability for non sales staff. Lacks a proper Human Resources department
