Mid managements are incompetent with poor judgements, poor professional skills but high pride, which created very low glass ceilings with absolutely no room or opportunities to grow.
No mentor program, and no learning or stepping up opportunities for junior staffs.
Mid managements are the major discouragement for team morale, they focus solely on senseless hierarchy, power play, and pleasing the boss instead of doing their jobs right. Which leads to team members would often found feeling lost, lack of enthusiasm, eventually end up either give up trying or just leaving the company.
