- People were great. Very smart and helpful. - Remote workplace. Although this seemed to be changing depending on your department - Benefits were pretty good.

- Pay was not super great. - Expected to "wear many hats," AKA perform multiple roles for one salary. - No upward mobility. - A private equity fund bought this company, and I saw changes happen within the company that had adverse effects. AdCellerant would always boast a "people-first" mentality, but it laid off a good chunk of its workforce in March 2025. I know layoffs are a part of business life; it's funny when these startups attribute their success to their people and lay off workers in the same sentence.
