didnt encounter any pros except for the good office coffee

The owners are really intimidating and have unachievable expectations with almost no help or guidance. they're obsessed with "corporate" culture and micromanage everything. The office itself is very congested, Nobody talks to anybody as the thought process there is "you come here to work and not talk". Salary too is not worth how much they make you work. You are expected to work extra hours without pay,

The senior employees, especially Sushant Sir, were supportive and approachable. The workplace was generally quiet, and the staff seemed dedicated to their work. Unfortunately, it appeared that the boss treated them poorly despite their hard work.

There was no dedicated AI/ML team, and most tasks were supervised directly by the owner, who did not have strong expertise in this domain. This often led to unclear expectations and last-minute changes. It took two weeks before the work environment setup was explained, after which adaptation was expected within just a few days. Working hours were frequently extended late into the night, which created a poor work-life balance. During my time, there were 6–8 interns but no manager or team lead, making it difficult to get proper guidance.
