      During my time there, the company was dominated by several aggressive personalities. I was caught in the middle of personality conflicts, blamed for the ensuing issues, and terminated. For anyone considering employment there, I would carefully consider the personalities of everyone interviewing you and use that to determine whether it looks like a good place to work.

The founders are industry veterans and all the employees are very knowledgeable about the performance market space and digital advertising in general, and they are willing to share that knowledge with you. As an employee you are able to learn and grow, expanding your role and even dabbling in other roles within the company. The company culture is wonderful and it is great to work with such a close knit team.
