24/7 environment was driving some people nuts, but it's really hard to get away from this when you are responsible for managing campaigns that run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office is also in an old warehouse on Spadina that has wood floors so the office creaks loudly, especially when people are walking on the floor above. Not good for seamless conference calls with clients.
