- Not profitable, not even close to it, and will probably promise you they're about to in a month or so. They just need to strike one more deal this time — yeah, not a lot of honesty going on there as you see. - Unnecessarily big and intrusive middle management. - The actions of the C-level executives in this company remain largely unknown to the rest of the organization, which can be quite funny. Be careful with them though. They might recommend you leave the company if you ask them anything more provocative. - A layoff every two years. Three of them since COVID, probably more than the number of on-sites you might ever have with your team. - The product doesn’t know where to go. They don't have plans, at all, just intrusive thoughts, maybe. It's not even funny at this point. - Forget about salary raises, the company is shrinking every year.
