      This small university the values diversity and inclusivity. Because we are small we are more nimble. Good people who care.

      Poor funding from the state of Colorado. Lots of smaller offices and people doing lots of different tasks.

      Great group of kids to work with. Most of them men sports think they’re all going to play professional. Women’s sports are more grounded and they understand they are there for an education.

      Administration and coaching staff are very difficult to work with. Was like working in a “good old boys” club except they were all women.
