Poor pay for the position. Micromanagement. Too much emphasis on Nexus and not enough emphasis on patient care. Harassing patients that have a bill $10 or more.

Thanks for taking time to provide your feedback. If you have a compliance issue there are multiple ways to report this information. Please contact your manager, compliance or HR. You can also call it in anonymously to the compliance hotline. As far as DEI is concerned, one of our values is Diversity and Inclusion. I have not seen anything detrimental to the work we are doing in this area.
Interactions with the clients can be wholesome, and relaxed middle management. My manager is really chill. His manager's manager, not so much.

Complete inability to properly communicate anything to anyone including staff, clients, or medical professionals. Insurance is absolutely horrible. Training is horrible. Expectations of technicians are completely unreasonable. New company policies are counter productive and absolutely disruptive.
