You get hands on technology, and most latest gadgets etc which given to you for personal use, if you are one of top performer. and they push more on learning and individual development.

Too much of partiality, its very clearly visible and they make feel the software department is very superior at every instance. right from pay rise, appraisal they get the best. people in US take the last call and your opinion or suggestion doesnt even matter, you just have to do what they like. the whole development is a agile process so they are not even sure what they are doing, and it keep changing as in when required. other thing the admin and hr sucks, admin turns off the AC while he goes home, so save electricity, but still there are people working whole night, there are many table fans and people fight for getting one to their desk, leave policy etc may make you feel worse if you have been used to work for a MNC, so far fresher everything seems normal

We do not recruit experienced people just for one strong reason. We have many core values like talking only in English, Typing, Reading and working as team. These things will sound silly in particular for an experienced person. We have the right (still not perfect) environment for the interns/freshers to learn and grow. Your journey in the company will vary from person to person based on the team they are in and their skillset. If you have the attitude to learn by yourself, accept feedback, be brutally honest and always ready to work as a team. Then this is one of the great place to work at.
