Thank you for the review and, of course, for all the lovely, kind words, very much appreciated! To touch on your con, It is true that the company's success is based on the number of clients and projects, the size of our projects, our internal projects, and our proprietary product work. In general, things are pretty steady as we have a good number of clients, plenty of repeat business, and scope to offer our colleagues new and interesting opportunities across our projects. However it is true 2023 was a tough year, not just for us but for many organisations and so we were, of course, impacted. We took a personal and supportive approach to those colleagues who were affected, conscious that it was an incredibly tough thing for them to go through. Thanks again, Marie
