Additionally, our employee retention is exceptional, with an average tenure of 9 ½ years and 90% of our senior leadership has been promoted within — most of any voluntary turnover is the result of employees or their spouses moving out of the Houston area. We also want to emphasize that micromanagement is not part of our culture. Our open office layout is designed to encourage collaboration and communication, and our leadership team places a high level of trust with our employees to manage their work independently. We are careful to set realistic project deadlines and expectations, and we prioritize strong collaboration and clear communication across all departments. We are a fully integrated agency, and again our 40 years of success is a great indicator of open collaboration and effective teamwork. Regarding, work from home, we have been transitioning away from this working environment, as we work best when we are collaborating together.
