We also want to emphasize that micromanagement is not part of our culture. Our open office layout is designed to encourage collaboration and communication, and our leadership team places a high level of trust with our employees to manage their work independently. We are careful to set realistic project deadlines and expectations, and we prioritize strong collaboration and clear communication across all departments. Regarding, work from home, we have been transitioning away from this working environment, as we work best when we are collaborating together.
