Low salaries. Deficient trainning. Management not concerned with work/life balance and does not pay extra hours. Management little concerned with the workers' motivation. People's talent is not always recognized and profited from. People's involvement and career opportunities do not match what is told in the interview. Company oftentimes not professional internally (among colleagues or between departments) and externally (towards clients).
