The Alexandria office is a franchise run by an owner and COO who are abusive, and relationally challenged. What they do have is a knack for earning business (not necessarily keeping it) and a firm grasp on the ins and outs of freight forwarding. Their unpleasant demeanor has alarmed and alienated business partners and clients but this doesn't phase them - they even seem to take pride in it. If steady harassment, demoralized coworkers, and 70 hour work weeks (including some 1am-3am work) are not an issue, then one could be OK here and gain the chance to learn a bit about the business. All people proficient in the field realize where they have landed and leave within 1 year.
