The pro about working for Add Staff is they will aggressively seek work for you. They get paid when you get paid.

Add Staff is so focused on finding you work, they don't discern between putting a warm body in a chair, and matching a qualified candidate, with a equally qualified job. I was placed in a HIGHLY toxic environment at ENT Credit Union and Add Staff knew it. The turn-over rate was astounding and it was due to completely incompetent managers and ABSOLUTELY irrelevant training. When an organization loses EIGHT (8) people in one month and the month hadn't ended yet, THEY are the problem. If you're desperate for a job, Add Staff will work to find you something. If they get you an interview with ENT Credit Union and that interview produces an almost instant job offer, RUN in the opposite direction!
