During my many years at Add3, changes have certainly occurred. But one thing that has remained constant is the authenticity of the company and the culture. I've worked at other large and small agencies, but the heart and soul of Add3 is second to none. The goal is to ALWAYS do right by the client and not be a 'yes person'. The client's best interest is always at the forefront of all strategy and discussion and recommendation. Internally, there is an open door policy that is actually adhered to. People in all roles and departments are encouraged to have opinions and ideas, which has not always been the case in other places I have worked. The culture has always been of great importance because the thought is happy, engaged teammates equals great work. Overall, both internal and external, Add3 in my opinion does have the direction right and constantly strives to maintain it.

Keeping in mind this is just my personal perspective, there is no real con to working at Add3. The only thing that pops into mind is 'size'. Some people may want a larger agency; others may want a smaller boutique shop.

Working here can be challenging due to a culture that feels more fear-based than supportive. Ethical standards are lacking, and the constant focus on immediate revenue recovery rather than sustainable growth creates a high-stress environment. Without dedicated business development, there’s little consistency in bringing in new clients. The result? A roller coaster of revenue gains and losses that directly impacts the entire team. Financial management feels like an afterthought. The company seems to lack meaningful forecasting, which leaves roles vulnerable whenever revenue dips. This lack of strategic vision creates a sense of instability, with employees often feeling dispensable. There’s also minimal room for career growth or development, which is discouraging for those seeking a long-term opportunity. If you’re looking for a role with ethical leadership, clear direction, and room to grow, this may not be the right place for you. Also if you seek and value diversity, this company is not for you.
