Overall AddUp Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is a nice place to work. The majority of the team is engineers, they are all work-focused and friendly. Fair pay and terms.

The Marketing supervisor likes micromanaging the associates, is not inspiring and demotivating, expects perfection, and thus sets unreasonable goals. It felt not like a marketing lead role but more like a dictatorship. There was no "we," only "I want," "I expect," etc.

The technology is interesting to work with and mostly positive environment
