9yThanks for your feedback. I think you are misunderstanding how our compensation philosophy works. We benchmark our salary and equity bands annually against market data (I think that's what you mean by market conditions) to ensure that we are paying fairly. That applies both internally and externally. To be clear there is no "company policy" that says we pay new hires more than experienced employees. I'd be happy to discuss it further with you in person. I'd like to clear up any misconceptions. Thanks.
