The company retreats, free food and team events are awesome, but even better than that is getting the opportunity to work for a company that sees their employees as people. It is a group of the brightest hardest working people I have ever met and I am constantly pushed to grow my skill set.
There is a lot of opportunity for growth at Addepar because the company is growing so quickly.

The company is growing extremely fast which means constant change. This is obviously a good problem to have, but it can be exhausting to continually need to rework solutions to fit the expanding needs of the company and our client base.

We really appreciate your honest assessment of Addepar. You have described both the excitement and challenges of our growth perfectly. We are going to crush it together!
Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
