We are committed to building a culture and environment that allows employees to do their best work, with a location-flexible work option for most roles. One of Addepar’s goals for 2022 is to drive a vibrant and equitable employee experience by making Addepeeps feel valued, engaged and connected - no matter where they are - including in the office or working remotely, in the US or globally. From our most recent employee engagement survey, when rating development opportunities at Addepar, remote-first and office-first employees shared the same favorable rating of 80%.
Our leadership team is focused on consistently advancing our business by empowering employees to deliver for clients and solve deep-rooted problems that have been intractable for many decades. We do this while striving to build an inclusive environment where employees of all backgrounds are heard and contribute to the best business outcomes in service of our purpose and clients. While we have work to do, we have seen positive movement in enhancing our inclusive culture and ability to build diverse teams through our DEI initiatives and our vibrant affinity groups.
