US headcount kept shrinking as the company tried to replace as many employees as possible with cheaper labor at international offices. - Bonuses are completely discretionary even though they negotiate salaries like the majority of it is guaranteed - HR takes advantage of internal movement to pay lower than market salaries then place you on the same promotion schedule as everyone else on the team- impossible to catch up in pay even if experience is similar (interns beware). - They'll say "money is tight" when negotiating salary then will recklessly use budgets for pointless travel and perks - Clear glass ceiling
