If you are organized, highly money motivated, and good with people, this could be a great career option for you! Hands on training and help are always available from not only your team, but from on demand content as well.

      For the industry of staffing, Addison Group sets themselves apart from the rest. I left Addison having had a great experience, and am thankful for my time there. The nature of the day to day was simply not what I was looking for in a prolonged career, which prompted me to find an opportunity in a different field. Note that success in staffing is contingent on heavy phone and email work in order to build your book of business. It takes time to ramp up and see results but it is worth it!

      We always appreciate positive feedback from past employees, but we appreciate detailed responses like this even more. Regardless of the nature of the feedback we are given, the most important part is always the helpfulness of the content. Here you have laid out clear examples of why Addison Group can be the right career choice. It is obvious that although Addison Group wasn’t the right fit for you on a day-to-day work environment, you left from a place of integrity and professionalism.       Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
