      The group of people are incredibly fun and outgoing. There is never a dull moment in the office and a lot of big personalities.

      There are many frustrations. 1) Compensation is incredibly poor. The company wants to attract and retain top talent but the base salaries are severely low. 2) Benefits are poor (but an industry norm) 3) Expectations are very high, for a very low compensation. 4) The environment often reverts to a frat house mentality - it I fun, but too much at times.

Addison Group prides itself on the training/resources offered to our employees and focus on the team as opposed to the individual. We always strive to improve, so this feedback is helpful as we look at our structure and expectations from leadership.

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
