It's definitely a work hard, play hard environment where our successes are celebrated. Training is provided and goals are monitored because upper management wants to see you succeed. Great place to work!

      If you're not wanting to work hard to reap the rewards, you won't do well. People that are lazy and want to just coast along are not ones that will succeed here.
