Most of the founders of the company still work at the organization The company is very stable the leadership team has been intact for a longtime Career progression and internal promotions are the norm. Autonomy - you are the master of your own desk/business

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
