      I am immensely grateful for the opportunities that Addison Group offered me. I grew so much as a professional and had the chance to work with extremely driven and hardworking people. The culture of the company has an extremely open door policy. It is encouraged to ask questions and anyone at varying levels is happy to sit down with you.

We try to provide the best environment to help all our employees excel and grow both personally and professionally. With our recently launched Accelerator Program we train current employees to be a mentor and then match with new hires upon completion of the training.       The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
