Some people don't realize how much effort goes in to be successful in this industry. Supportive, innovative and caring. Tons of room for growth and upward mobility, for those who are willing to go the extra mile and work smarter, not harder. Fun, competitive and collaborative work environment.

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
