The leadership at Addison truly values the individual and gives ample opportunity for someone to grow themselves, grow in their career and explore new opportunities. Our CEO preaches people first and process second and it shows! I got started in a temp data entry position, was given the opportunity to join our back-office in payroll, promoted to Payroll Manager and then, once again, given another opportunity to transition to the front side of the business and help open our new Denver office. I have been with them since and have always felt the support of leadership.

The cons have less to do with Addison and more to do with staffing. Its a wild ride! You are going to have days/weeks where things aren't going your way. Ends happen, markets recess, people mess up. It can be a roller coaster ride but worth sticking to with the right organization (and Addison is!)
