We have always provided resources for employees to voice workplace concerns, including our HR business partners, and we encourage them to do so as soon as an issue arises. In the past year, we’ve continued to open the door for two-way communication, including our most recent anonymous companywide survey. We truly value the feedback we receive including what you’ve provided here. Our main priorities are our employees, their safety, and their overall experience.
In a corporate environment, it’s important to have consistent schedules so we can work with our clients, but we do offer our employees flexibility when it comes to taking time off and ensuring they have a good work/life balance. To help create a consistent experience across the board, we offer our leaders training opportunities that focus on teamwork and support.
