The HR team that I work alongside is one of the best in the business--that really emphasizes the importance of people first centricity. You won't find a better HR team. The organization is working on some really meaningful stuff--changing lives by connecting clients and candidates to the right opportunities. As an organization, we take pride in our work while embracing a degree of lightheartedness. There is a people-first mentality within the organization that the leadership really does embrace. It's not just a standard slogan. I feel that Addison Group does really focus on making people their priority. It's not uncommon for "recharge days" or "long weekends" to be granted periodically throughout the year to recognize hard work put in and the need to recharge. There is a lot of career advancement opportunity within the organization. As long as you're putting in the work, your accomplishments are recognized verbally and through promotion opportunities.
