      I wish there were more outlets for admins to grow besides being a senior admin or higher admin leadership. I would want to see tracks for admins into payroll or the HR team.

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
