      Stressful, the team doesn't know how to resolve conflicts or have professional conversations. High school all over again... "frat boy" mentality. 90% of employees are fresh college grads, unprofessional environment and managers.

We always provide resources for employees to voice when they are feeling concerned or overwhelmed and we encourage them to do so as soon as an issue arises.       The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
