I really believe in what Addition Financial stands for. It’s not just another bank it’s a credit union that actually cares about helping people. I’ve worked for companies before that only cared about profits, but here, it just feels different, good.
When I first started, I didn’t think I’d fit in. I came from working in retail as a shift lead, and this was a big change. But the managers and the team welcomed me and supported me from day one. They helped me feel confident and made sure I had what I needed .
I’ve been here about a year now. At first, I thought it would just be temporary, but now I’m starting to see a real future here. There’s a lot of support for learning and growing, and the PTO is generous—it really helps with work-life balance.
Still, I believe this is a great place to work, and I’ve even recommended it to friends who are unhappy at their current jobs. It’s not perfect, but it’s a place where you can grow, and people do care.

I have noticed some things that could be better. while they show support for diversity—like being part of Come Out With Pride—that hasn’t been as visible lately.
