No pros that I can think of. Just that it's easy to get hired. Since these people don't pay employees and throw them out quickly, they don't really have a good hiring procedure. They hire anyone as they don't have anything to lose.

Terrible place to work for. I have been here for over a year now. They treat people like slaves. The work timings are as per the management. If they feel like, you will stay in the office till 11 pm. We work on Saturdays as well. And they make no do terrible work. Forget about career growth the moment you join this company. On top of this, you're not paid on time. Sometimes you're just not paid. They say that your work is not good, and there's nothing that you can do.
