-No 401k, but tell you that you'll have partially vested shares starting after a year. Although hardly anyone makes it there. -Tell you throughout interview and training process that there's a three month ramp up period, in reality they'll start riding you after two weeks out of training if you haven't closed a sale yet. They will terminate you during your "ramp-up" period whether you've made sales or not. - Describe as "warm leads" during interview process when it's more cold calling 80-150 times a day. -Expanded sales staff and sales management too quickly without having proper training programs in place to support AE's. -Very high turnover in management and executive roles leading to no organization. About 80% of entire sales org has been there less than a year. -High pressure, "what have you done for me lately" sales
