I didn't expect this much exposure this early in my career. Being part of an Asana implementation partner means you're sitting inside real client problems — not just pitching a product and moving on. You see where teams break down, why projects fail, and how the right structure actually fixes things. That kind of learning is hard to put a price on. Leadership here knows what they're doing and it shows in how they handle clients and the team.

It's a growing company. Things aren't always figured out in advance. Some days you're building the plane while flying it. That's not for everyone — but personally, I've grown more here than I would have in a bigger, more comfortable role.

Management is supportive. Team is small so there is no internal politics. 5 days work week + Hybrid mode of work.

No cons as such. but company is in sec 63 Gurgaon. so you have to take uber/rapido to reach the office from metro.
