      Have been there for 15 days, there is no pros.

      Pathetic place to work, have been there for 15 days and under training period they will judge you that you are working slow, instead of assigning a task, they’ll ask you to work while travelling. They will say you to work while you are on bus or bus stand. No work life balance, managers are not really qualified to own that position. They will actually humiliate you all the time.

      Can get a chance to see how affiliate marketing works

      The work culture is really bad the people at top tier management consider employees as labourers and do not talk properly to anyone or treat good. There is no one that keeps a tab on it or will ever change this culture. They expect you to work extra hours and a lot of people (would not like to disclose names) are verbally abusive. The office space is suffocating and unhygienic. New ideas are not encouraged. Really bad place to work at. Will not help you in your career as well
