Love working with my people and they have no complaints about me.

Getting the supervisors to return a call to myself or a client is nearly non-existent. Getting staff to help with the quality of care for a client is like pulling teeth. Always sent to voicemail and 99% of the time they do not return the call. Personally, I have repeatedly told them i am open for hours...The website says they are hiring for immediate employment, yet I can't get another 4 or 5 hours a day. No respect for a worker who always does their job with minimal complaints or call ins.

Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
