A lot of turnover in case managers, office staff - only 2 people that work in the office or as my supervisors are still there after 1 and 1/2 yrs. Ambercare is totally Medicaid funded, so most clients are at or below poverty level. All work is in the clients' homes. and I worked in one home where I had to spend 1/2 hour killing all the cockroaches running all over the kitchen counters and stove before I could clean them!
