The experience, the clients and some employees.

Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Pay sucks for the amount of work that a person has to do with this job. Literally expected to get 80 hours worth of work done in a 40 hour work. Meaning the quality of the entire company is seriously low. They won't pay bottom of the totem pole enough to even live. Service coordinators do so much work that management is completely unaware of (How? I have no idea) My office was seriously neglected by every person in upper management. They have no training coordinators to train new caregivers or service coordinators.

Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
