Adecco Czech Republic (Prague branch) - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Adecco

The Management doesn't support their own employees. They have the same approach for their own employees and for agency workers. Especially recruiters and HR administrators who are working so hard on local branches. They have to be on phone 24-7, also they had to do the overtimes on weekend and it wasn't paid at the end. Big stress doesn't worth the money the Adecco pays... so in one year all team where I used to work was gone (burned-out or fired) Maybe the situation on Adecco central branch where are finance people, intern HR etc is different. But this is my experience.
