They provide excellent sales training and support. They are fair when setting expectations. Metrics for calls/ appointments/ job orders are within reach and commissions are fair.

Low base salary - selling services is different than selling a product. The end result is out of the sales person's control. The recruiter needs to find the right candidate and then the candidate has to like the company. There are a lot of variables. Management is allowed to talk down to staff
