Awful commission structure mostly at 10% for start with a draw. 6. Micromanagement and useless KPIs 7. Unethical behavior encouraged to close a sale 8. Shy high turnover and management openly saying they do not expect people to last 7. Major miscommunication and bait and switch practices. If you're in sales (recruiter) and it doesn't work out, YOU are at fault!
