The mid-level management was hired from another company that was failing. They brought an entire team in from a company that was going under. There were so many changes you would show up to work and wonder who you would be reporting to. Sometimes you would not have a direct report. During my 3 years with the company, I saw many changes.With each of the changes came new focus points, all different from the last buffoon that was in charge. None of which were for the betterment of the company. Employees were jumping ship almost as soon as they were brought on board. I should have left sooner than I did.
