Let me start from the very beginning and try to cover all the details. This is a small company, just one room, full of politics, favoritism, and a toxic work culture. Sometimes, seniors use offensive language, make fun of you, or even bully you. There are a few key people I want to mention: Mahima- the HR, Mahi, and the manager -Chander Prakash. While the whole company is problematic, these three are the main contributors to the environment. If the manager and HR have such attitudes, no one can survive in this place. They claim to be devotees of Lord Krishna, but the reality is far from spiritual. The company supports the old employees and offers attractive salary packages just to lure new hires. But once you join, you’ll quickly see your mental health deteriorate. Be prepared for favoritism, office politics, and the occasional use of foul language by seniors. They’ll make you feel like you’re worthless, and if you try to stand up for yourself, they’ll bully you. If you resist, it’s likely your last day — they’ll fire you without any explanation, and no one will have your back.
