Communication between regions and offices could improve

-Experienced and passionate people to collaborate with on a daily basis -Lots of learning opportunities across different fields, clients, industries, apps, etc -Growth and responsibilities are challenging and always growing -Managerial team is amazing at what they do, super transparent and compassionate towards their team members -Sense of belonging, doesn't feel like i'm working at a cubicle at home, even with WFH -Work life balance is awesome! Don't feel pressed about having a day off here and there - Work with a diverse team - everyone comes from different backgrounds and different parts of the world, I learn so much about different cultures

-not enough staff -- which is a good sign since we're constantly growing accounts, expanding internal tools and tech. the company has actually started opening new positions, which is a great sign of improvement already
