- In my short time there, I noticed that there's a high turnover rate - with about close to 10 employees were either let go due to poor performance or closing offices. This shows bad management and training of the employees to get up to speed - Lack of proper / structured training given to new hires. In the first 2 weeks, the new hire will just be bombarded with meetings - You are expected to perform and produce results almost immediately - Team structure is created in such a way where performance and success is looked at individually instead of team
